Shipping Policy

The Boiling Crab ships merchandise throughout the contiguous United States. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. The Boiling Crab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 or more, calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes, unless otherwise noted.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Boiling Crab is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after being accepted by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at tbcmerch@theboilingcrab.com, and we will do our best to assist in resolving the matter with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. The Boiling Crab is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at tbcmerch@theboilingcrab.com so we can attempt to correct it before the order ships.
